SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Processing may take longer during periods of high demand. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Delivery Estimates
After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 8–14 business days, depending on your destination.
Processing time is additional to the delivery estimate. Carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping Charges and International Orders
Available destinations, shipping options, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Unless expressly included at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking details. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If you cannot find your tracking information, contact support@americanwellnesslabs.shop with your order number and purchase email.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, your parcel may be held at a collection point before being returned. Collection periods depend on the carrier and may be as short as seven days.
A redelivery fee equal to EUR 5, or the original shipping charge if higher, may apply. Additional product costs incurred may also apply. We will explain any applicable charges before arranging redelivery.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Please contact support before refusing delivery or arranging an unauthorized return.
